**Robinhood Chain** is the blockchain built by Robinhood, the brokerage, to bring tokenized stocks and other real-world assets onchain. It is a Layer 2 network built on Arbitrum technology, which means it settles to Ethereum while keeping transactions fast and cheap enough for everyday trading.

For CLOUD it matters for one reason above all: it is where tokenized $NET exists, so it is the only place a $NET-paired meme token can live.

## Why Robinhood Chain exists

Robinhood built the chain so that exposure to stocks could move like crypto: held in a wallet, transferred peer to peer, traded around the clock, and composed into onchain applications. Tokenized stocks are the headline use case, and meme tokens paired against those stocks are the first native culture to grow on top of them.
