- CLOUD is a meme token paired with tokenized Cloudflare stock ($NET) on Robinhood Chain. It was launched through LONG and trades on Uniswap v4.
- Is CLOUD affiliated with Cloudflare?
- No. CLOUD is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cloudflare, Inc.
- Does holding CLOUD give me Cloudflare shares?
- No. $CLOUD does not represent Cloudflare equity and carries no shareholder rights. It is paired against a tokenized stock, which is a different thing from owning the stock.
- What is tokenized $NET?
- An onchain token on Robinhood Chain that tracks the price of Cloudflare, Inc. shares (NYSE: NET). It is the quote asset in the CLOUD pool.
- What is Robinhood Chain?
- Robinhood's Layer 2 blockchain, built on Arbitrum technology, designed to host tokenized stocks and other real-world assets. CLOUD trades there.
- What is LONG?
- LONG (long.xyz) is the launch platform that pairs new tokens directly against tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain. CLOUD launched through it.
- Where does CLOUD trade?
- On Uniswap v4 on Robinhood Chain. The official swap link is on cloudonrh.com and on the Contracts page.
- What happens to fees on a buy?
- Buy fees are paid in $NET. 80% goes to the CLOUD Community Vault and 20% to the original receiver.
- What happens to fees on a sell?
- Sell fees are paid in $CLOUD and 100% burned. Nothing is recycled.
- What is the CLOUD Community Vault?
- A holding of real stock tokens ($NET) funded by buy fees. It only grows. Holders cannot redeem assets from it.
- Can I redeem anything from the Vault?
- No. The Vault is not a treasury that holders can claim from.
- Is there a roadmap?
- No. CLOUD has no roadmap and makes no promises. The mechanics are complete and the community is the product.
- Is there an official Telegram?
- Not at the moment. Any group claiming to be official is unverified. The official channel is @CloudOnRH on X.
- What is the contract address?

- What are the risks?
- CLOUD is a memecoin and can go to zero. Its dollar price moves with both CLOUD demand and Cloudflare's share price. It is not an investment product.
